The Pasta Shop
The Pasta Shop has been making fresh pasta in their Oakland, California kitchen for over 30 years. Every day, over 2,000 pounds of fresh ravioli, rolled and extruded pasta, and handcrafted sauces—including vegan and gluten-free options—are packed and delivered to Bay Area restaurants, stores, and eaters. Then it's packed and delivered to dozens of restaurants, stores and delis all across the Bay Area.
The team at The Pasta Shop is dedicated to their craft, working with skill and care to produce excellent pasta. They listen to the seasons, making weekly trips to farmers' markets and producing special seasonal pastas every few months. Dedicated to blending local ingredients with time-tested recipes: as they say, "The proof is in the pasta."
