Cheese Tortelloni

Part of the delicious and diverse family of filled pasta, Cheese Tortelloni are a little larger than tortellini, giving them a fantastic ratio of savory cheese filling to delicate, toothsome homemade pasta. Just follow the cooking instructions on the package! They freeze beautifully, too—just toss them into boiling water straight from the freezer, without defrosting, and add a minute or two of cooking time. Serve simply with olive oil and salt, floating in a traditional broth, or tossed with your favorite sauce.
