This bundle includes Hanoi Beef, Pasture Raised Chicken, and Vegan Mushroom Tofu, each meal kit serving one person per bowl. The Slanted Door carefully selected ingredients ensure a fresh and authentic pho experience. Enjoy a delicious and authentic Vietnamese pho experience without leaving the comfort of your own home.

Elevate your pho bowl by garnishing it with The Slanted Door's Hoisin Sauce and/or Fermented Chile Sauce to enhance the flavor to the next level!


Cooking Instructions:

1. In a small pot, bring water to a boil.


2. Take the pho bag and dip it into boiling water for a few seconds, to melt any fat from the bag. Pour the bag into a separate pot and bring to a boil.


3. Add noodles and stir for about 10 seconds and drain well. Place into a serving bowl. Pour hot pho over cooked noodles. Garnish as desired with the accompanying accouterments.


Hanoi Beef Pho Ingredients: pho broth bag: grass-fed beef stock (grass-fed beef bones, onions, ginger, rock candy, salt, black cardamom, star anise, Chinese cinnamon), son's fish sauce, beef brisket, beef tendon, beef tongue; rice noodles, green onions/cilantro mixture, sliced jalapenos, sriracha packet, lime.
