The Slanted Door's Hanoi Beef Pho Kit is inspired by the flavor profile of North Vietnam. The broth is spiced with star anise, cardamom and cinnamon. At The Slanted Door restaurants, this pho is served with raw top sirloin that gently cooks in the hot broth. However, for the home cook, The Slanted Door has already cooked and sliced the meat for safe and easy enjoyment.

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a small pot, bring water to a boil.

2. Take the pho bag and dip it into boiling water for a few seconds, to melt any fat from the bag. Pour the bag into a separate pot and bring it to a boil.

3. Add noodles and stir for about 10 seconds and drain well. Place into a serving bowl. Pour hot pho over cooked noodles. Garnish as desired with the accompanying accouterments.

Ingredients: pho broth bag: grass-fed beef stock (grass-fed beef bones, onions, ginger, rock candy, salt, black cardamom, star anise, Chinese cinnamon), son's fish sauce, beef brisket, beef tendon, beef tongue; rice noodles, green onions/cilantro mixture, sliced jalapenos, hoisin packet, sriracha packet, lime.

Contains: fish. Sauce packets contain: soy, wheat.
