Craftsman and Wolves is a French-inspired contemporary pâtisserie cafe with two locations in San Francisco and farmers market stands in Palo Alto and Sunnyvale. Our core philosophy is seasonal ingredients, traditional techniques, and modern aesthetics.
Craftsman and Wolves offer an ever-changing menu of pastries, cakes, breads, croissants, confections, confitures, desserts, and light fare. This rotating offering has garnered accolades in Bon Appétit, GQ, Martha Stewart, Food & Wine, and Food Network’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate,” featuring our infamous “Rebel Within” muffin. Executive Chef Sam Ceccotti leads our Workshop team in creating and producing stunning and delectable pastries.
The name is a recognition of the individual’s relentless pursuit of perfection and the team spirit to work toward a common goal.
