Simurgh Bakery is the only wholesale bakery company of California, which makes fresh phyllo dough for baklavas and boureks. Unlike commercial versions of baklava, boureks, and dolmas, Simurgh Bakery products are locally produced and do not contain any preservatives and corn syrup. They use non-GMO ingredients, cage free eggs, olive oil (for dolmas and boureks) or clarified butter (for baklava), and real lemon juice (for dolma and baklava syrup).
