 Mama Tong makes specialty Chinese soups. These nourishing herbal soups come from classic home recipes that are based on traditional Chinese medicine. I strive to make food fit for pregnant and breastfeeding women and everyone who is mindful about what they put in their body.

 If you are looking for the real Mama Tong, you will find two mamas, one on the frontlines and one supporting from the sidelines. My name is Lindsey and I bought Mama Tong in October of 2013 from the original owner and creator, Jane. Jane still supports Mama Tong in many ways but I have the honor of running this business and working hard to bring you soup made with the cleanest water (water filtration system by friendsofwater.com) and sustainably sourced ingredients of the highest quality, food I would serve my own family.
