Yugeta Shoyu, a family-run company since 1923, is situated just outside Tokyo. Under Mr. Yohichi Yugeta, they maintain the art of traditional shoyu making. Their natural brewing process uses locally sourced ingredients, and the aging in historic cedar barrels imparts unique depth and flavor to their soy sauce.
