Raised Gluten Free is a women-owned bakery founded in 2011 by childhood best friends Rosa Dixon and Milia Lando. Inspired by personal experiences with severe food allergies and Celiac Disease, the duo set out to create delicious, high-quality desserts that anyone could enjoy safely. Starting with a small commercial kitchen and a passion for baking, they quickly expanded their offerings from farmer’s markets to grocery stores nationwide, sharing comforting pies with families across the United States.

Every pie is crafted with care in their expanded bakery, where skilled bakers hand-mix fruit fillings, shape crusts, and use a simple pie press to preserve flavor and texture. The team produces up to 2,000 pies a day, ensuring consistent quality and indulgence without common allergens. Their lineup includes classic favorites like apple, blueberry, and southern peach pies, as well as seasonal specialties such as pumpkin and cranberry apple pies, and savory quiches and pot pies.
