We worked with the culinary team at Momofuku to craft a new and festive line of ready-to-eat meals! Our Momofuku Korean BBQ Marinated Ribs are marinated overnight in a housemade ssäm-style sauce of gochujang, ginger, soy sauce, and brown sugar, then slow-cooked to tender perfection. These ribs reheat beautifully both on the grill or in the oven!
Preparation Instructions:
Cover the aluminum tray with foil, and place it in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. Remove the foil, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the ribs and coat them with sauce, or serve them on the side.
Alternatively, place the foil-covered aluminum tray on the medium-hot side of a preheated grill and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
