Momofuku’s new Honey Chili Gochujang pork babyback ribs are slow-cooked in a spicy-sweet marinade of Korean peppers, sesame, honey and spices. These tender ribs reheat quickly in the oven or on the grill, making them the perfect addition to your summertime backyard party!
After cooking, these ribs are glazed in Momofuku’s famous Honey Chili Crunch glaze - giving it that sweet, spicy, umami-rich finish that once you taste, you will crave!
Preparation Instructions:
Cover the aluminum tray with foil, and place it in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. Remove the foil, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the ribs and coat them with sauce, or serve them on the side.
Alternatively place the foil-covered aluminum tray on the medium-hot side of a preheated grill and let cook for 10-15 minutes.
