NON-GMO:Marukan supports our customers’ concern over the issue of genetically modified foods. For this reason we make every effort to use all natural, non GMO ingredients in our products. Our Genuine Brewed Rice Vinegar, as well as our Organic Rice Vinegar and Seasoned Organic Vinegar Dressing, are all made with non GMO rice verified by the Non GMO Project, a non-profit organization committed to preserving and building sources of non-GMO products, educating consumers, and providing verified non-GMO choices. Quality Assurance: Marukan uses all natural ingredients. Our products are kosher certified (Star-K) and Non-GMO reviewed. Our facility is annually audited by Silliker, (FDA certified food lab). Regular inspections are conducted by the FDA and the Dept. of Public Health.

Food Safety: Continual evaluations and improvements are conducted throughout the year in compliance with HACCP, SSOP,GMP, Food Defense and Public Health regulations.
