Lunaria is a cooperative of thirty growers who have been practicing certified organic farming on over 800 acres since 2002 and Demeter Certified Biodynamic farming since 2005. Synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and additives are forbidden in both the farming and winemaking process, and minimal sulfites are added only when bottling.
