For co-founder Kristoffer, this was personal; he had eliminated sugar to support his mental health but struggled to resist the lure of a fresh donut. For Helen, whose family’s pursuit of the American Dream was built on owning donut shops, the goal was to evolve that legacy. Together, they set out to transform a beloved but often unhealthy staple into a nutritious contribution to the modern wellness journey.
