Fabriqué Délices translates approximately to "creating delight," and that's just what their beautiful, high-quality charcuteries do. Established in 1985 in San Mateo, CA, Fabriqué Délices' mission was to bring outstandingly high-quality, consistent, and unique charcuterie presentations to the USA. They're now located in Hayward, and their product line and volume has expanded, but they've stuck to their artisanal roots and still produce everything by hand.
