Elona Foods began when the owners’ Yiayia, the Greek word for grandmother, moved to the US from Greece in 1961. With a passion for baking, she spent years perfecting her traditional recipes, with koulouraki being her most popular and signature one. After sharing her koulouraki cookies with friends and family, Yiyia’s daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren wanted to share the irresistible koulouraki with everyone. Family owned and operated, Elona Foods is dedicated to keeping Greek traditions alive through food.
