For the Holidays! Liberty Duck Legs from Sonoma County Poultry slowly simmered with herbs, spices, white wine and duck fat. Shredded by hand and given a festive kick with the addition of sweet and tart sour cherries. Packed into reusable glass jars.
Keep chilled until a few minutes before serving -- best eaten not too cold, and remove the duck fat cap from the top before serving. Your rillettes is good until the "dig in" date on the jar, but should be eaten within about a week after the duck fat cap is broken.
