Strawberry Solstice Batch no. 003

Tart citrus and bright strawberry. This aperitif is infused with heaps of organic fruit and citrus. Sip chilled over ice for a sophisticated cocktail, or with a splash of sparkling water as a spritz. Not too sweet, with just the right balance of bitterness.

Ingredients: White wine, grape spirits, strawberries (organic), Valencia orange peels (organic), grapefruit peels (organic), dried bitter orange peels, cane sugar
