Eclipse Bitter Citrus

Eclipse Bitter Citrus is locally and small batch made (only 300 bottles!), inspired by the bold flavors of traditional European amari. In aperitif form, this features orange and grapefruit for a bright and bitter flavor profile. Without the high-alcohol content of a spirit, this aperitif showcases the beauty and depth of using white wine and real California ingredients. It can be enjoyed chilled or over ice, mixed with sparkling water and a slice of orange for a spritz, or used in a place of a bitter in any cocktail recipe. 

Ingredients: White wine, grape spirits, Valencia orange peels (organic), grapefruit peels (organic), dried grapefruit peels, dried bitter orange peels.
