Eclipse Alpine is locally and small batch made (only 300 bottles!), inspired by the versatility and complexity of London dry gin. In aperitif form, this features juniper, fennel, coriander, citrus and pepper for a bright and piney flavor profile. Without the high-alcohol content of a spirit, this aperitif introduces complex yet delicate flavors in every sip. It can be enjoyed chilled or over ice, mixed with sparkling water and a lime wedge for an elevated spritz, or used in a place of a gin for any cocktail recipe.
Ingredients: White wine, grape spirits, Juniper Berries, Fennel Seed, Coriander Seed, Green Cardamom, Fresh Grapefruit peels (organic), Dried Grapefruit peels, Dried Bitter Orange, Gentian Root, Black Peppercorns, Rosemary, cane sugar.
