Here in the ranch kitchen Mark will instruct you in the ancient art of tamales. Using only the best ingredients he will inform you how to properly prepare the masa and husks and you will learn the art of ‘rolling your own’ tamales. For this class we will be making a beef filling with Twisted Horn’s own Longhorn beef and a vegetarian filling with cheese.
David Teixeira of Lusu Cellars will be our guest winemaker and will pair his excellent wines with our tamales!
