Paleo Perfection!! Roasted or grilled, beef heart is delicious! Make sure you remove any silver skin first and cook this delicacy gently. Roast heart is very similar to a beef roast. The texture is just a bit different and the taste is amazing! Everyone I've ever talked to that has tried heart loves it. Heart should be eaten while still hot and with some salt for best flavor. We will be sure to grill a couple for everyone to taste at our annual asado!
Note: Grass fed Longhorn beef is VERY lean and cooks 30 -40% faster. Please adjust recipe times accordingly and use a little olive oil on the meat when cooking
