It's not your grandma's pot roast! Our bone-in Longhorn chuck roasts are awesome. Please don't stew them in water, carrots and potatoes! These roasts are excellent on the grill or cooked like a thick steak in the oven. Because they don't have a lot of fat they act more like a steak than a braising cut. Try it and see!
