A vibrant and elegantly structured Pinot Noir from Sonoma County’s Wonderland Project, crafted using organically farmed fruit from Carneros and southern Sonoma vineyards. Fermented with indigenous yeasts—sometimes including whole clusters—and aged six months in neutral French oak, it offers bright bing cherry and wild strawberry aromas, framed by hints of pink peppercorn, Assam tea, rose petals, and soft earthy undertones.
