Bring 3 quarts water to a rolling boil, add salt (optional), add pasta, stir, reduce heat. Simmer ravioli 5-7 minutes. Do not boil.
Great tossed with sautΓ©ed greens and your favorite extra virgin olive oil. Add sweet Italian sausage for meat eaters.
