Made from the finest durum wheat flour and Semolina then blended with whole eggs and spinach. This classic of the pasta world does not disappoint. Vibrant color, flavorful and perfect texture providing that "al-dente" feel pasta connoisseurs expect in quality pasta.
How to cook it: We feel our fresh pasta sheets work best when briefly blanched in simmering water for 20-30 seconds and then gently removed. Do not leave the sheets unwrapped or uncovered for very long as they may become dry and brittle. We recommend preparing all fillings and containers before unwrapping fresh sheets. For cannelloni, lasagna or homemade ravioli: Follow your favorite recipe and enjoy.
How to eat it: Once your cannelloni,
lasagna or ravioli are fully cooked, carefully plate using a serving spoon and
or spatula. Drizzle sauce over the top
and enjoy, Mangia!
Please keep refrigerated and enjoy and
enjoy within 5 days of receiving. We do not recommend freezing fresh pasta
sheets.
Note: When cooking from frozen, do
not defrost. Follow instructions above,
adding about 30 seconds extra cooking time.
