Tartine's Multigrain Porridge Loaf is a naturally leavened sourdough bread that combines the bakery's signature country dough with a hearty blend of flaked grains. The inclusion of a cooked porridge made from rolled oats, purple barley, and rye imparts a moist, tender crumb and a subtle sweetness, resulting in a flavorful and nourishing loaf. This bread is crafted through a long fermentation process, enhancing its depth of flavor and digestibility.
