Salsa Negra

Salsa Negra was the first flagship sauce Tacos Everywhere created for delivery and for their pop up. It is made from smokey chipotle chiles and avocado blossom honey from Stepladder Ranch. The chiles and garlic are both fried then made into a paste for a rich, caramel-sweet taste balanced with smokiness. Tacos Everywhere recommends pairing this Salsa Negra with eggs, steak, avocado toasts, and even in dumpling sauce.

Ingredients: high oleic sunflower oil, chipotle, water, sea salt, avocado blossom honey.
