Day at the Ballpark Brittle

Peanuts, pretzels, beer, and mustard combine for the ultimate dessert: sweet, salty, crunchy and umami. Take this brittle with you to the game, or at least to watch it on TV (though it's good in the offseason, too). Sweetdragon uses local beer, usually Maltopia Scotch Ale, made by Hermitage Brewing Company. 

Ingredients: peanuts, cane sugar, butter, beer, pretzels, salt, mustard, baking soda.
