Sweetdragon Baking Company

Sweetdragon's Hway-ling Hsu uses excellent ingredients to make her excellent candy, sourcing many of her ingredients from her neighbor vendors at farmer's markets in the Bay Area of California. Her brittle is biteable and crunchy, not sticky, and stuffed with seeds, nuts, and other goodies. With flavors inspired by her family—like the black sesame brittle, based on the flavors of her grandmother's homemade black sesame buns—and the bounty of California's local foods, Sweetdragon brittle is always a fun and different dessert.
