Our famous butter made in the European style. We separate the cream, then let it set for 3 days with the culture before churning it just like in the old days. Very lightly salted, with French “Guerande” sea salt, to bring out its flavor.
This butter will give you a lot of satisfaction. Try it on your favorite bread or English muffin in the morning!
