This special tomato variety was brought over by Chef Cesare Casella from his hometown Lucca, Italy. Canestrino Di Lucca Tomatoes is an heirloom sauce tomato with beautiful flavor and color. It has few seeds, making them great for tomato paste. This versatile tomato can also be used sliced in sandwiches and burgers.
