Simurgh Bakery's Pistachio Baklava Roll is made with fresh filo dough. The dough is stretched out to paper thin layers, about 0.05mm, where 40 layers are used. A light syrup is used to sweetened the Baklava and it is stuffed with the finest pistachios imported from Gaziantep, Turkey. Each bite is crisp, melt-in-your-mouth, nutty and sweet. It can be eaten as a snack with tea or coffee or dessert.
Ingredients: Unbleached Enriched Flour, Pistachios (Antep), Cage-Free Eggs, Corn Starch, Clarified Butter, Sea Salt, Water, Syrup( Pure Cane Sugar, Water, Lemon).
