Wildflower

SF Mead's Wildflower is made with Sonoma coastal wildflower honey that's fermented and aged on French Oak. Pale in color, it has big floral aromatics which land on the palate as smooth sweetness with a strong balanced acidity. Pair with a tart fruit-and-greens salad or a simple grilled fish like halibut.
