Cyser

SF Mead's Cyser is a semi-sweet apple mead made from raw Mendocino forest honey and a variety of fresh pressed organic apples from Sonoma County. It has notes of wildflower, citrus peel, and fresh golden apple, and has a lingering fine acidity to balance the semi-sweet character. We like to play with fruit pairings that match the ingredients of this mead; it's great with pork chops and apple sauce, or a late-summer apple pie.
