Organic Lisbon Lemons

These medium sized, Lisbon Lemons are classically acidic, with very few seeds and a tinge of green skin. We use them when we marinate meat, as the acid tenderizes and enhances the flavor of any roast. We also love to juice them and turn them into delicious lemonade.
