A punchy, very unique jam. Tart tree ripened ume plum is balanced with sweet organic peaches, both from CA orchards. The brick color is derived from red-fleshed June Pride peaches. Smooth in texture and not too sweet, it is great on toasts and as a topping for yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
