Yellow Foot Chanterelles (craterellus tubaeformis) are delicately sweet to peppery in flavor and will compliment soups, stews, poultry dishes, pasta, risotto, and egg dishes. They're a relative of the more familiar Golden Chanterelles, with a less meaty texture.
