Foraged Hedgehog Mushrooms

Freshly foraged from forests of the the Pacific Northwest, these delicious wild mushrooms are meaty and sweet. The Hedgehog mushroom is a true wild winter delicacy. It's peppery flavor and hearty texture make it very distinguishable and enjoyable.  It usually appears after Chanterelle season and makes for a great Chanterelle substitute.
