Red Dandelion Greens are equally as pungent as the green variety with a slight peppery taste. They have a similar flavor to radicchio but have a texture similar to arugula. Blanching or sautéing these greens will ease the sharpness of the flavor. Dandelion greens are rich in iron, calcium, antioxidants, and minerals. They are one of the healthiest greens out there!
