A century in the eating, Tillamook Medium Cheddar is still made from the same recipe we’ve used for over 100 years. While our equipment might look a little different these days, we use only four simple ingredients and age every batch naturally for at least 60 days. No wonder it was voted 'America's Best' at the 2015 International Cheese Awards.
Contains no animal rennet.
Ingredients: Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (color), Potato Starch and Cellulose Powder (added to prevent caking), Natamycin (natural mold inhibitor).
