A century in the eating, Tillamook Medium Cheddar is still made from the same recipe they’ve used for over 100 years. While their equipment might look a little different these days, they use only four simple ingredients and age every batch naturally for at least 60 days. No wonder it was voted 'America's Best' at the 2015 International Cheese Awards.
