The flavor is nutty and fragrant.
How to cook it: Bring 3 quarts water to rolling boil, add salt (optional), add pasta, stir, bring back to boil, cook 5 - 7 min.
How to eat it: This pasta cut is delicious with any of our tomato based sauces. Add crispy pancetta for the meat eaters.
