Egg, spinach and sweet red pepper pasta make up the "Tri" in our Tri-Color cheese tortellini. Each individual colored tortellini is wrapped around a delicious blend of ricotta, Asiago and Romano cheeses.
How to cook it: Bring 3 quarts water to a rolling boil, add salt if desired, add pasta, stir and reduce heat. Simmer tortellini 5-7 minutes to desired tenderness. Do not boil.
How to eat it: Tortellini is versatile and kid friendly. Use it in baked pasta dishes, in broth (brodo) or in salads. Great with any of our sauces.
Please keep refrigerated and enjoy or freeze by best by date.
