How to cook it: Bring 3 quarts water to a rolling boil, add salt (optional), add pasta, stir and cook approx 4 - 5 minutes.
How to eat it: Combine with
chorizo or any other slightly spicy sausage, mixed bell peppers and sautéed kale, The Pasta Shop's Arrabbiata and
a dash of cream. Also great with broiled chicken or sautéed prawns and tossed with extra virgin olive fresh garlic and a dash of crushed red chile.

Note: When cooking from frozen,
