Spinach Rigatoni
Product Details
Made from the finest durum wheat flour, Semolina and spinach, then mixed to perfection with just the right amount of water. Another classic shape, vibrant in color with the flavor of greens freshly picked from Nona's garden!
How to cook it: Bring 3 quarts water to a rolling boil, add salt (optional), add pasta, stir and cook approx 4 - 5 minutes to "al dente".
How to eat it: As with traditional rigatoni, our spinach rigatoni is very versatile and great with chunky sauces. Combine with meat ragu, put in a casserole dish, top with parmesan and bake. Your family and friends will thank you!
