Our spinach gnocchi adds a mellow, fresh spinach flavor to classic Italian potato dumpling. Spinach gnocchi are, delicious, delicate and versatile. Perfect for a side dish or main entrée.     

How to cook it: Bring 3 quarts salted water to boil.  Add gnocchi, gently stir and cook for 15 -20 seconds, removing promptly.

How to eat it: Toss with the best butter available, shower with fresh, grated asiago.

Ingredients: Potato flakes, eggs, spinach, potato flour, durum flour.
