Notes From The Producer

A festive variation of this classic Italian potato dumpling. Our gnocchi are tasty, delicate and versatile. Perfect for a side dish or main entrée.    

How to cook it: Bring 3 quarts water to a boil, add salt if desired, add gnocchi, gently stir and cook for 15 - 20 seconds, remove promptly.

How to eat it: Enjoy with browned butter and sage topped with grated parmesan.  Or toss with browned butter and sauteed spinach for a colorful twist.

Please keep refrigerated and enjoy or freeze within 5 days of receiving.

Note: When cooking from frozen, do not defrost. Follow instructions above, adding about 30 seconds extra cooking time.

Ingredients: Potato Flakes, Pumpkin Whole Eggs, Potato Flour, Flour, Durum Flour, Salt.
