Delicately wrapped in egg pasta, our newest ravioli has a great, slightly smoky flavor accented by creamy mozzarella cheese
How to cook it: Bring 3 quarts water to a rolling boil, add salt if desired, add pasta, stir and reduce heat. Simmer ravioli 5-7 minutes to desired tenderness. Do not boil.
How to eat it: Gently toss with our Arrabbiata sauce or with your favorite olive oil. Make it a heartier meal by tossing with kale.Ingredients: Pasta: Durum, eggs, semolina.
