Fresh Goat Cheese with Spinach & Olives in Lemon Pasta Ravioli
Fresh tangy goat cheese is matched together with spinach and olives then wrapped in lemon pasta to provide a ravioli with a subtle contrast of flavors.
How to cook it: Bring 3 quarts water to a rolling boil, add salt
if desired, add pasta, stir and reduce heat. Simmer ravioli 5-7 minutes
to desired tenderness. Do not boil.
How to eat it: Toss with The Pasta Shop's Arrabbiata sauce or combine with sautéed greens, drizzle with olive oil and top with parmesan. Great as a side with chicken or fish.
Please keep refrigerated and enjoy or freeze within 5 days of receiving.
Note: When cooking from frozen, do not defrost. Follow instructions above, adding about 1 minute extra cooking time.
